About Skyline Design & Remodel

Why We're Called Skyline

We named the company Skyline for the thing you can see from almost every window in this town — the ridgeline of the Santa Catalinas, and the low, flat profile of the houses sitting under it. A good remodel belongs to that view. It doesn't announce itself; it reads like it was always meant to be there. That's the standard we design and build to, on residential and commercial work alike, under Arizona ROC-350867.

One Team, Whole Job

Most companies either draw your remodel or build it. Skyline does both — and if a storm, a leak or a fire gets there first, we handle the mitigation and the insurance claim too. Design, permitting, construction, and the punch list, all with one accountable team. No juggling a designer, a general contractor, a roofer, and a restoration company who each blame the other.

Local to Southern Arizona

We know how Tucson houses are actually built — the block walls, the flat roofs, the additions that were tacked on decades ago — and we know what monsoon season does to all of it. That local knowledge means faster, smarter work, whether we're opening up a kitchen in the Foothills or drying out a house in Marana.

Locally Owned & Operated

Founded in 2024, Skyline Design & Remodel is a locally owned and operated Southern Arizona company, licensed for commercial and residential work under Arizona ROC-350867 and led day to day by Operational Manager Alexis Carrillo. Our restoration work is IICRC-certified (#70216561) and we are an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm (#NAT-F301386-1) for pre-1978 homes. We answer the phone ourselves, show up when we say we will, and stand behind our work — because our name is on it. Our focus is simple: be the team you can count on from the first sketch through the final walkthrough — and from the first emergency call through the last repair.
