How Skyline Design & Remodel collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us. Effective September 16, 2026.
Skyline Design & Remodel ("Skyline," "we," "us") is a locally owned remodeling and restoration contractor serving Tucson and Southern Arizona, licensed under Arizona ROC-350867. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the phone, text, and email communications that follow a request you make here.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name and phone number, and if you provide them, your email address, the area you live in, the service you're asking about, and any details you type into the message field. We also record which page the form was on so we know what you were looking at. If you call, text, or email us, we keep the contact details and the substance of that conversation so we can follow up. If we go on to do work for you, we collect the information needed to scope, permit, and complete the job — your property address, photos and moisture readings of the damage or space, and, for insurance work, your policy and claim numbers.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one is served through infrastructure that logs standard technical details — IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time of the visit — to keep the site running and secure. We also use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site in aggregate. Analytics sets cookies in your browser; you can block them with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on and the site will work normally. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your request — calling or texting you back, scheduling an inspection or design consultation, and preparing an estimate. If you give us an email address, we send one automatic email confirming we received your request.
- To perform and document the work you hire us for, including photos, scopes, and reports.
- To communicate with your insurance carrier and adjuster about your claim, when you have asked us to work your claim.
- To send you occasional updates about your project or, if you've told us it's welcome, about our services. You can opt out at any time.
- To keep records we're required to keep as a licensed contractor, and to protect against fraud and abuse of the site.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
Calls and Text Messages
When you submit a form with your phone number, you agree that Skyline may call or text you at that number about your request, including with automated dialing or texting technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with the status of your request. To stop texts, reply STOP to any message; to stop calls, tell us and we'll note it. You can also email us at the address below. We don't share your number with third parties for their own marketing.
Who We Share Information With
We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed to run the business and serve you:
- Service providers that host this website (Cloudflare), deliver our email notifications (Resend), and provide analytics (Google), each under terms that limit what they can do with the data.
- Your insurance carrier, adjuster, and mortgage company when you engage us on an insurance claim — this is how direct billing and supplement requests work.
- Permitting authorities and inspectors (such as the City of Tucson or Pima County) when a permit is required for your project.
- Suppliers and licensed specialty trades that need your address and scope to deliver materials or complete a task, in the limited cases we bring one in.
- Legal and safety requirements — if we're required to by law, subpoena, or to protect someone's safety or our rights.
How Long We Keep It
Web-form requests that don't turn into a job are kept for as long as it's useful to follow up, then deleted. Project records — contracts, scopes, photos, permits, and insurance documentation — are kept for the period Arizona contractor regulations and our insurers require, which can be several years after the work is complete.
Security
This site is served only over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Lead notifications go to a business inbox with access limited to the people who handle scheduling and estimates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the kind of information involved.
Your Choices
- Opt out of contact at any time — reply STOP to a text, or tell us by phone or email.
- Ask what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll honor the request unless we need the information to complete work in progress or to meet a legal or licensing requirement.
- Block analytics cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
Children
This website is for homeowners, property managers, and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the effective date above. Material changes that affect information we've already collected will be communicated to the people affected.
